What Clients Say About Working With
Brad Lewis

"We had met Brad Lewis only a couple of weeks ago, but that’s to his help, professionalisms and amazing expertise, we are now in Escrow and buying a house! We were incredibly impressed with Brads quick mind, amazing manners, warmth, energy and desire to help us to the maximum! We briefly worked with three other realtors before meeting Brad, and were absolutely impressed with him on day one and felt honored working with him from that day forward! He impressed us with his knowledge, his ‘big picture’ thinking as well as incredible attention to the details, his warm and caring attitude, his promptness and very respectful attitude towards us! I had never worked with such a skilled, smart, deeply knowledgeable realtor! We are very impressed with him, and will highly recommend him to anyone! "

"I love Alpine Living Boutique because of Laurence. She is an angel. She cares about our project as if it’s her own. Her space plan was creative and specifically designed for our lifestyle and her design is styled to OUR tastes, not her own. She has helped us identify a theme for our remodel and guides our decisions with warmth and kindness without ever being pushy. We’re thrilled to have found her."

"Brad and his team at Alpine Living Boutique are, in my opinion, the best full service realty company in the area. From finding a home, placing offers, recommendations and area statistics all the way to helping you move and relocate Brad is there all the way. To say that this would've been FAR more difficult without their help is an understatement. They were instrumental in helping us with rental staging, decorating, and even repairs and upgrades to our property (Brad actually installed one of our new faucets himself)! If you're looking to purchase your first home, an investment property or a small place away from the bustle of the cities I highly recommend and offer the services of the Alpine Living Boutique Team. Thank you for such a wonderful and easy experience!"

"We live in San Diego and bought a townhome in Incline Village that was completely original from the early 90s. Our goal was to quickly remodel to post the condo as a vacation rental. We closed escrow days before Thanksgiving and felt overwhelmed. Not being from the area was a challenge. We were referred to Laurence Lewis and she truly came to the rescue and set us on track. She worked with us to establish what our vision was and helped us determine we were going for a modern rustic look. My husband and I don’t always have the same tastes and she skillfully navigated us through the process to select paint, carpet, luxury vinyl plank and stain to Refinish all the cabinetry in the home. Reaching agreement on that was huge for my husband and I to move forward With the project and it wouldn’t have happened so quickly without her expert guidance. Laurence went above and beyond to call."

"Brad has been amazing through buying multiple houses. His negotiations are exceptional! We were ready to walk because sellers were unrealistic. He create win win situation. His contacts have been super helpful and felicity work with. Highly recommend!!"

"The week of Thanksgiving me and my sister were picking her daughter up from college in Reno. We decided to drive to Lake Tahoe because we had never been. The gas gauge was broken on her truck and we ran out of gas just as the snow storm started! My sister prayed for an angel to help us because we were all alone with her 18 yr old and 6 yr old. Not even 10 minutes later a stranger, Brad Lewis stopped to help us. He told us he was on his way to an appointment but couldn't leave us on the side of the road. What a wonderful man! A heartfelt thanks to our Christmas Angel, Brad Lewis!"
